ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 28.08.2017, made by the petitioner, regarding appointment to the post of Radiographer for the recruitment made in the year 2013 in the light of common judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD) Nos.7152, 7153, 7188 and 7213 of 2013 dated 02.08.2016, within the time limit specified by this Hon'ble Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any view on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the Competent Authority to dispassionately consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2017, made to the respondents and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate such decision to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 31.01.2018. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
