ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 29.07.2017, made by the petitioner regarding sanction of Special Provident Fund, considering the date of superannuation of the petitioner as 30.04.2016, within a time limit specified by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.S.Visvalingam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Velmurugan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

correctness or entitlement of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondent to dispassionately consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2017, made to the respondent, and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner shall pass reasoned orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law and communicate such decision to the petitioner and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai on or before 30.11.2017.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
