ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(2)(c) & 5(i)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.6 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that the petitioner and other accused said to have showed some absence photos in their mobile phone.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence.

police would submit that investigation is pending. 5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
