This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2017 relating to the impugned fraudulent registered gift deed bearing document No.1283 of 2013, dated 25.9.2014 and direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry based on the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No. 52338/C1/2011).

submitted that Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) has already been withdrawn and nothing survives in the petition for adjudication.
