Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 354, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.54 of 2011 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.18 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 27.03.2015.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the same, on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
