This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to annul the deed of cancellation executed by the second respondent on 23.05.2014 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2017 by invoking his powers vested by Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011).

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) has already been withdrawn and nothing survives in the petition for adjudication.
