This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of CMA.No.2 of 2024.

2.The report of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I at Sriviliputtur, dated 13.06.2026 is accepted. 1/3

3.The learned Subordinate Judge at Rajapalayam has sent a report stating that the records have been received from the file of the Trial Court. The appeal seems to be of the year 2015. It now stands transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court at Rajapalayam, only on account of creation of the new court therein. Now that the records have been received by the learned Subordinate Judge at Rajapalayam, he is requested to dispose of the appeal in CMA.No.2 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
