3. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 43 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to take the Tax Case Revision on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the Tax Case Revision for final hearing in the usual course.
