ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b),323,307 and 506(ii)of IPC in Crime No.34 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute regarding sharing of water the petitioner herein abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him brutally and caused multiple severe injuries Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the injured is still is taking treatment in the hospital.

4. It is seen that petitioner is the sole accused. There was dispute with regard to taking of water in a common well between the petitioner and the defacto complainant , hence the petitioner herein brutally attacked the defacto complainant with aruval. Therefore he sustained multiple injuries all over the body. Further the petitioner is history sheeted rowdy element, as such the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
