Order : This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.KARTHIK KANNA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10281 of 2020, dated 28.09.2020.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 01.10.2020.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has complied the only for 30 days, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
