This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take necessary action upon the petitioner complaint dated 03.01.2022, pending on the file of the second respondent under Proceeding Number C.NO. 1/AC/ALGSC/DC Hq Petition / MC/2022 relating to grabbing the land of petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. Recording the same, this Court grants permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to the petitioner for taking further action with regard to the closure report.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
