Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed and the same was taken on file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and then the case was taken on file before the learned II Additional District Judge as S.C.No.25 of 2023. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
