M.P. (MD) No. 277 of 2019 in Crl. O.P.(MD) No. 21071 of 2018 dated 11/01/2019 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 277 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21071 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 277 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.21071 of 2018 from 14.01.2019 regularly, and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 277 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.21071 of 2018 on 11.01.2019 is relaxed.
