Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.145 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.145 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a third anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petitions filed in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.6908 of 2021 & 9488 of 2021 were dismissed as withdrawn on 20.05.2021 & 16.07.2021. The petitioner is involved in four cases. The details of the pending cases are as follows:

3. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
