For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 127/2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 109 and 307 IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.127 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused said to have trespassed into the victim's house and attacked her with aruval brutally with an intention to murder her. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 14 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.10328 of 2023 the petitioner this Court had earlier dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 18.05.2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
