2.The matter was listed on 05.03.2018, and on that day, though the name of the petitioner was printed, there was no appearance and it was directed to be listed today, under the caption "for dismissal".

3.Today, when the matter is called, once again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, though her name is printed.

4.Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
