For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anandha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For anticipatory bail in Crime No.149 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused (Rank not known) apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC, in Crime No.149 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused stolen the Hundi with a cash of Rs.20,000/- kept in the temple viz., 'Arulmigu Vana Petchiamman Temple' Karungulam Village, Ramanathapuram. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.12105 of 2020 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent person and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner along with other accused stolen the Hundi with a cash of Rs.20,000/- kept in the temple viz., 'Arulmigu Vana Petchiamman Temple' Karungulam Village, Ramanathapuram and considering the nature of offence, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely necessary. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Taking into consideration of the fact that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely necessary, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
