This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass an order on the petitioner's application dated 29.06.2017 for grant of Spare Mini Bus Permit.
2.Heard Mr.A.C.Asaithambi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a proceedings bearing R.No.A2/23369/2017 dated 04.11.2017 by which the request of the petitioner for grant of two mini spare buses permit has been rejected.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
