ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to re-open the enquiry proceedings initiated by the third respondent vide letter dated 09.09.2020 and to permit the petitioner to examine his witnesses.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Mr.Ragatheesh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the University, fairly submitted that they are conceding the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner to re-open the enquiry proceedings and to examine the witnesses proposed by the petitioner, but, the learned Counsel prayed for an outer time limit to conclude the proceedings.

4.In view of the above representation, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to produce his witnesses for examination. The examination of witnesses and 2/3

further proceeds shall be concluded within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
