ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to run the TASMAC Shop No.6699 in Survey No.117/2C situated at Keelamanjakudi Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The case of the petitioner is that the property in Survey No. 117/2C situated at Keelamanjakudi Village, Manamelkudi Taluk,
Pudukkottai absolutely belongs to him and he rented the same to the second respondent to run the said TASMAC shop and as per rules and regulations, the said shop is situated two kilometers away from the said village. But, the first respondent directed to close the said shop due to the agitation made by some of the village people. Hence, the petitioner has given the representation dated 11.10.2017 to the first respondent, seeking a direction to the second respondent to run the TASMAC shop in the said property. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that if time is granted to the first respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
5.In view of the said submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
