The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondent - Union of India to facilitate and conduct a meaningful consultation with the citizens of India on the proposed Draft National Education Policy 2019 (NEP 2019) by providing a translated version of the same in all the languages listed in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution, including Tamil, which is of particular concern to the petitioner.
2.Since the cause for filing of the present Writ Petition does not exist on account of efflux of time, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
