appear before the Inspector of Police, M.G.R Police Station, Chennai, instead of the respondent police, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7919 of 2024 dated 29.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working at daily wage employee at Chennai and he is not able to appear before the respondent police and hence, he filed this petition to modify the above said condition.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, M.G.R Police Station, Chennai, for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
