The order dated 28.03.2019, which is impugned in this writ petition, reveals that the claim of the writ petitioner was considered. So far as the post of Headmasters of Panchayat Union Primary/Middle school is concerned, posting may be done annually on rotation basis to hill/remote area according to seniority. In other words, new promotes will be posted to hill /remote area as per the Government Orders. Therefore, the petitioner was granted liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.15414 of 2019 submit his grievances during the transfer counselling. The order enumerates the procedures to be followed for transfer counsel. The said order would not provide any cause for the petitioner to file the writ petition.
2.The petitioner has not been issued with any transfer order or otherwise. Thus, it is for the authority to take a decision as per the Government Order in force and such guidelines are to be followed scrupulously without causing any inconsistency or otherwise amongst the eligible Teachers/Headmasters.
3.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner has not established any cause for the purpose of entertaining the writ petition, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
