The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer passed by the 2nd respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the respondent corporation has decided to retain the petitioner in the same station. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
