PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.330 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. 1/3

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against this petitioner in Crime No.330 of 2024 for the offence under Section 436 of IPC, and remanded him into judicial custody on 06.06.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that in order to grab money from the defacto complainant, the petitioner threatened him. Thereafter, the petitioner went to the defacto complainant's house and set fire and caused damage to the house. The defacto complainant's certificates, gold chain and some cash amount were fully destroyed. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, he is languishing in jail from 06.06.2024. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent opposed for grant of bail on the ground that the petitioner caused damage worth Rs.3,00,00/- and he has also produced photograph to that effect.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the 2/3
