Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner's counsel submitted that he would be satisfied, if a separate patta is issued in favour of the petitioner in terms of the petition mentioned compromise decree. He pointed out that the said compromise decree was acted upon and the separate patta may be issued by the first respondent.

3. I am of the view that no exception can be taken to the petitioner's present request. The first respondent is directed to issue separate patta in respect of his portion as per the petition mentioned compromise decree within a period of 2/4

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
