O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter, namely, P.Sowmiya, aged about 20 years, went missing from 08.11.2018 and hence, the habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. It is seen that even in the affidavit, the petitioner has stated that the third respondent was in love with his daughter. But, he has alleged that the third respondent had forcibly abducted his daughter.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's daughter had gone on her own volition with the third

respondent and has got married to him.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a letter written by the petitioner's daughter Sowmiya and sent to the respondent - Police, wherein she has stated that she has got married to the third respondent - Vasanth and is living happily with him.

5. In view of the above position, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
