O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct proper enquiry on the complaint dated 07.06.2024. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband has been murdered by the private respondents, who are the brother and sister-inlaw of the deceased. The petitioner's husband appears to have died on 15.11.2021, while taking treatment with Siddha Doctor. 3.According to the petitioner, the private respondents have committed the murder. The petitioner has not preferred any complaint immediate to the occurrence. She has lodged the complaint only on 13.12.2023. The petitioner has also filed an application before this Court seeking a direction for conducting an enquiry based on her complaint dated 13.12.2023. This Court by it's order dated 23.02.2024, has already permitted the petitioner to lodge a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District with all relevant materials. However, now the petitioner has filed this application stating that even after lodging the complaint, the respondent police has not acted upon it. 2/4

4.Considering the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has come with these allegations after two years of her husband's death. It is not known whether they are having any property dispute since this complaint has been lodged belatedly and the petitioner has not placed materials to substantiate her claim. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

5.With the above observation this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
