Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide interest subsidy for the education loan in Account No.30457091417 on the light of the guidelines in DO No.11-4/2010-U.5, dated 21.04.2010 of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education of Government of India and the guidelines of social banking No.SB/CIR/10-21ISS/9215, dated 09.04.2014. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents to provide interest subsidy for the education loan in Account No.30457091417 on the light of the guidelines issued by the Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Government of India, vide DO No.11-4/2010-U.5, dated 21.04.2010 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the guidelines of social banking No.SB/CIR/10-21-ISS/9215, dated 09.04.2014.

2.When the matter was taken up by this Court on 11.08.2018, no one appeared for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 13.08.2018. Even today, when the matter was taken up for disposal, no one appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
