ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the second respondent to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.84 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022 under Sections 294(b), 448, 506(2) IPC and file a charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District within one month stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a family dispute between the petitioner and her brother with regard to the property. The petitioner's brother made several attempts to vacate the petitioner from the premises. On 25.11.2021, the petitioner's husband fell ill and she went to hospital along with her husband for treatment. Knowing about the absence of the petitioner, the petitioner's brother removed all the things inside the petitioner's house and kept outside and locked the petitioner's house. Having no other way, the petitioner lodged a complaint and F.I.R. was also registered in Crime No.84 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022 for offences under Sections 294(b), 448, 506(2) IPC. Since the respondent Police has not completed the investigation and has not filed a final report, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.84 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
