Respondents Prayer : This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.541/A1/2016 dated 26.07.2017 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law and further direct the respondents herein to provide employment to the petitioner under compassionate grounds within the stipulated period.

O R D E R

The petitioner is the son of one Pandiyammal. She was a Noon Meal Organiser. She passed away while in service. As per the current government policy, only the female heirs of Noon Meal Organisers are given appointment on compassionate ground. The petitioner being the son is not entitled to claim any compassionate appointment. Therefore, the order impugned in this writ petition is sustained.
