Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation of Crime No. 375/2021 from the file of third Respondent to second Respondent/CBCID Police or any other competent authority as deem fit proper to conduct fair and impartial and quick investigation in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The petitioner /the defacto complainant in Crime No. 375/2021 has approached this Court with an allegation as against the respondent police that the respondent police has not conducted the investigation in the above crime number in a proper manner. 2.

Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents and submits that the investigation in Crime No.375/2021 has already been completed and a final report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court as ''action dropped'' on 19.01.2024.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the final report to the petitioner, enabling him to file a protest petition before the concerned Magistrate Court.
