When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was given with a sanction of Rs. 87,000/- and odd, which amount, according to the fifth respondent Insurance Company is the eligible amount reimbursable to him. However, no order has been furnished to that effect to the petitioner. 2/5

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent to furnish a copy of such order to the petitioner enabling him to file an appeal before the appropriate forum, if so advised, within the period of limitation.
