Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent's impugned order in 566/E5/2021 dated 25.02.2021 appointing the fourth respondent as stamp vendor within the jurisdiction of the third respondent's office and consequential Impugned Communication of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.566/E5/2021-1 dated 10.06.2021 in Serial No.3 and set aside the same as devoid of merits consequently, to direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as stamp vendor within the jurisdiction of the third respondent's office within the period as stipulated by this Court. The petitioner herein is none other than the son-in-law of the one S.Sakthivadivel, who is the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.6492 of 2021. The petitioner is not a licensed Stamp Vendor. He has no locus standi to even 2/4

maintain the writ petition. In any event, for the reasons which led to the dismissal of the W.P(MD)No.6492 of 2021, this writ petition is also dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
