ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 21.02.2020, made in Crl.MP.No.584 of 2020, directing the petitioner to produce the original RC Book before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Usilampatti and to permit the petitioner to produce xerox copy of Registration Certificate. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
