RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9423/2022 dated 18.05.22 in Crime No.104/2022 on the file of the Respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATISH RAJKUMAR.E, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9423 of 2022 on 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is

directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
