CRIME NO.536 OF 2015. ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the order Dated. 24.06.2022 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 11273 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KRISHNAVENI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11273 of 2022 on 24.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that because of fracture in his leg, bail was granted by this Court and sofar, he has not recovered. Hence, he seeks modification to the effect that the petitioner may appear before the respondent police once in a month from September 2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no objection to the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

CRL MP(MD) No.8134 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11273 of 2022 on 24.06.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m from September 2022 until further orders. In the mean time, the respondent police may visit the petitioner frequently.
