ORDER

The petitioner has sent a representation, dated 30.8.2017 to the respondents, seeking grant of selection grade scale of pay along with arrears of annual increment for the respective due period and to sanction incentive increment in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.240, dated 18.08.2010, and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.08.2017, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
