ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, an order came to be passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Rc.A4/75219/2004, dated 18.05.2018, by rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. In such view of the matter, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order.
