ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for entering into her property and for fencing the above property in S.F.No.271 situated at Elumalai Village, Peraiyur Taluk, based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that E.P. petition filed by the petitioner in E.P.No.23 of 2011 is pending before the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam. He would further submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent and the petitioner were called for enquiry and both of them have given undertaking stating that they will seek their remedy before the appropriate civil Court and recording the same complaint has been closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
