ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to appoint any other Investigating Officer other than the 4th respondent herein to conduct the preliminary enquiry in P.E.66/2017/Pol/Dl dated 12.09.2017 on the basis of his representation dated 15.09.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Mr.Muruganantham, Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R3 is present and submitted that the 4th respondent has been instructed to hand over the enquiry file of this case to one Mr.M.Sathyaseelan, DSP, V & AC, Theni, (i/c) Dindigul as per the memorandom dated 22.11.2017 issued by the Dirctor of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai. The copy of the memorandum is also produced today for perusal of this Court. The 4th respondent is also present today.

3.This Writ petition is filed directing the first respondent herein to appoint any other Investigating Officer other than the 4th respondent herein to conduct the preliminary enquiry in P.E.66/2017/Pol/Dl dated 12.09.2017 on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2017 for the reason alleging that the 4th respondent herein had worked under the accused officers as their subordinate. Now the enquiry is transferred from the 4th respondent to one Mr.M.Sathyaseelan, DSP, V & AC, Theni, (i/c) Dindigul as per the said memorandom dated 22.11.2017.
