ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A7 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.439 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 379, 332, 307, 399 and 25(1), (A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.439 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that suppressing the earlier petition filed before the Court below, the petitioner herein has filed the present petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has suppressed earlier petition filed by him, he is not at all entitled to get anticipatory bail.
