When the matter is taken up for hearing, due to paucity of time, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities to ventilate her grievances.

2. Granting such liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the second respondent with a representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On such receipt of representation/application from the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No costs.
