Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent i.e., the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Sivagangai in his No.R.c.1996/2016/EM(1) dated 30.05.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to send the pension proposals of the petitioner to the Accountant General, Chennai within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent i.e., the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Sivagangai in his No.R.c.1996/2016/EM(1) dated 30.05.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to send the pension proposals of the petitioner to the Accountant General, Chennai.

2.Heard Mr.S.Visvalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Velmurugan , learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court, by order dated 26.10.2017 following the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India Through its Secretary and another [2015 (7) SCC 291], directed the third respondent to consider the representation dated 16.09.2017 made by the petitioner for revocation of suspension and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner on or before 10.11.2017.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits today that by order dated 09.11.2017, the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner has been disposed of and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court. 5.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 09.11.2017 in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
