ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7562 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD)No.420 of 2024 dated 24.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner 1/4
was directed to appear before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m.
2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner was absent for 11 days while complying with the condition, however, he complied with the condition for nearly 51 days.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for nearly 51 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7562 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.420 of 2024 dated 24.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.. 01.06.2026 ogy 2/4
