Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and to transfer the contract carriage permit of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 20CX 5015 (Max Cab Sedan) based on the petitioner's application along with representation dated 06.10.2017.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to transfer the contract carriage permit of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 20CX 5015 (Max Cab Sedan) based on the application along with the representation dated 06.10.2017.
2.Heard Mr.K.Manoharan, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.
3.When the matter came up for hearing on 17.10.2017, this Court had passed the following order:
"The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner had not produced the originals of the registration certificate and permits and as such, the respondent was not in a position https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the originals of the registration certificate and permits will be submitted on or before 23.11.2017.
3.On receipt of the aforesaid originals, the respondents shall dispassionately consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2017 on merits in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order on or before 27.11.2017.
4.Post the matter on 30.11.2017 for reporting compliance."
4.Today, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that in pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 17.10.2017, orders have been passed granting contract carriage permit for the vehicle in favour of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
5.Recording the above submissions and endorsement made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
