PRAYER :- To Extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3688/2019 dated 11.03.2019 for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition set forth in the same.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3688/2019 dated 11.03.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. This Court on 11.07.2019 has passed the following order: "This Court by the order dated 11.03.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3688 of 2019 has directed the

petitioners to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) through demand draft to the credit of the Chairman/District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust of the concerned District, without prejudice to his defence before the trial Court. Since the petitioners have not deposited the said amount, this petition has been filed.

2. Hence the petitioners are directed to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) through demand draft to the credit of the Chairman/District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust of the concerned District, without prejudice to his defence before the trial Court on or before 17.07.2019.

3. Post the case before this Court on 18.07.2019"

2. As per the order passed by this Court on 11.07.2019, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of the Chairman /District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust on 17.07.2019 and also filed a memo to that effect along with the xerox copy of the Challan before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3688 of 2019 dated 11/03/2019 for surrendering before the concerned Magistrate and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance. sd/- 22/07/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
