O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) under the SC (Priority) Intercaste Marriage Category within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, as the petitioner, instead of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sending representation to the 3rd respondent, has submitted the representation to the 2nd respondent, who is not the competent person to take a decision in respect of recruitment. He would further submit that in case the petitioner submits any representation to the concerned respondent, namely, the 3rd respondent, the same will be considered and appropriate orders be passed on the same.

3. In view of the above submission, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of any such representation, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. M.Ps. are closed.
