2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.205 of 2018, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of four years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) seeks two months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
