ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, yet another person came to be appointed and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In such view of the matter, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities to submit appropriate application for the post of Noon Meal Organizer on the basis of the vacancy position.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned to submit appropriate application on the basis of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vacancy position. On such filing of the application, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
